A lot of excersize programs when working calves call for higher reps, like 15-25 reps. My favorite calve exercise is the standng calve raises. 3 sets 15-25reps a couple time a week and some patients should tone your calves up nicely. Are you currently working your calves?

I think that is so rude. Stupid kids will be stupid kids though. I think you should tell the gym manager about them. They may be doing the same to other people. Kodos to you for doing strong work at the gym. Keep up the good work!
