KALE! I cut it into 3 inch strips, lay a single layer on a baking sheet, drizzle with a little olive oil and bake at 350 for about 15 min, or until they start to get crunchy, then inhale them immediately......WAAAAYYYYYY more addicting that Pringles. Once they cool, the fun don't stop.

You should keep track of your measurements. I took them again one day when I hit a wall and I was surprised to find out my body had shrunk while my weight had stayed the same. Now I measure weekly with great progress despite what the scale says.

I think Polar HRM are the best. I have a Polar FT70 and it connects with all my cardio equipment at the gym. It has a GPS tracker, too.

The article there says that some people vary up to 15-20bpm from this rate (if you do the calculator). My MHR is supposed to be 170 but when I work out my average HR is around 165 and my max is always like 193. If you don't want to look at the calculator just do 220 minus your age.

It also has a strap for your chest but it's not bad. Try to find on ebay. I got my husbands on there for $90. Or even try drugstore.com. If it's your 1st order, they usually give 20% off with a coupon code. Also...don't dry the strap. They are $20 to replace....I've gone through 4.
