I am not sure but I think there may be a way to measure your run stride and change that in the FitBit settings. Edit: Yes if you go to settings, body info, there is an option to put in your walk and run stride. This will make it more accurate.

I found one in stock at Target, and ours down in Georgia seem to have plenty in stock. I love my original Fitbit Ultra but I just did not like the Flex and I really wanted to. Maybe I just got a dud, but it wouldn't hold a charge, would say it was fully charged then I would go to check it the next day and it was dead!…

I gained about 10lbs back after my gallbladder removal because I couldn't eat fast food at all before. And with it out I could eat whatever again! So I enjoyed a couple months of all the food that I hadn't been able to eat in over a year! Its all a journey though, glad to have you back and good luck!

I don't think there is because losing / maintaining weight is simply eating less than or equal to what you burn which you would determine by counting calories. If you get good at estimating the calories in what you eat you can eyeball but that's about it.

Im not a planner either and to help with lunch I always do a lean cuisine. I know some people will say the sodium is high for one meal, but its better then not planning and getting something worse.
