Same as here for what the people above me are saying. I didn't do any specific diet, just moderation and increased my daily activity. Good luck!

Amazing story!!! Congrats

You seem very thin already and you are trying to lose 20lbs? You have so little to lose that setting MFP to 2 lbs a week is unrealistic, and that doesn't take into account the ED. Find a professional to talk, not MFP.

Bump to read later, thanks!

Walmart online - was surpirsed too much better selection online than in store. Most will in your price range too. Super easy to return if it doesn't work http://www.walmart.com/ip/Catalina-Suddenly-Slim-Women-s-Shirred-Halter-Swimsuit/17804485 - This is for a one piece but it is so cute and kinda retro. I have it in two…

What others said, say up front that it is a diet & exercise only challenge - no supplements.

Sloooowly increase your calories every couple of weeks, watch the scale and what your body is telling you and find your happy calorie place.

I started by eating Lean Cuisine meals at lunch to replace fast food because I can't seem to pack my lunch to save my life! Been great, it is about making sustainable baby steps in the right direction until you make them into lifelong habits! Plus Lean Cuisine has an awesome rewards program!

Your MFP goal of 1750 is a good number, aim for that.

I'm in!

Love it!

This! Make better choices and baby steps towards a healthy lifestyle.

Awesome!

Spread a laughing cow wedge on the slices first, and then add another type. Sharp Cheddar would be good.

Agree with this, even though you are under goal you aren't fueling your body properly. And I understand, there isn't anything that consider taboo but in moderation. Try add fiber to your tracker too. Good luck and Geaux Tigers!

If you are getting good healthy fats, you will be fine. It will also keep you full longer. Good fats aren't bad for you may actually want to up it a little more.

Where are the hunger pains? Could it be from a gallbladder attack?

Working out will cause water retention (while your muscles are repairing from the workout), and unless you are eating 4 Lean Cuisines a day your sodium is fine. Most of them have 25% of your daily sodium and unless you have a medical condition to be on a low sodium diet you don't have anything to worry about. But as far as…

Lol I agree and had to quit eating Healthy Choice blahh! Love Michelina buffalo and egg roll snackers! Best sweet and sour sauce I have ever tasted! Save your Lean Cuisine boxes though, they have a great reward program! Also watch your fat intake, I did low fat when I first started and it messed with my Gallbladder and I…

My numbers are pretty close to yours (started at 190 and 5'4"), but I don't work out and I lose eating between 1600 and 2000 calories a day, and for a much as your exercise you need to eat more. MFP sort of defaults you to 1200! I used TDEE to figure out what my average daily calorie burn is, and I while I don't "exercise"…

Start slow by cutting out as much refined and processed high salt and sugar items out of your diets. I always thought I was a picky eater, didn't eat fruits and veggies unless they were in a dessert or deep fried! But I think my taste buds were over-sensitized to to all the processed crap I ate. I started making little…

I don't use MFP's calculations, my TDEE is is closer to 2100 - 2300 on my average day so I do TDEE - 15% (I have already lost 30 lbs and the less you have to lose the slower is will be - ie for 15 lbs you should be looking at a deficit for 1/2 lb a week). I manaully go in and enter my calorie and macro goals, and I use a…
