I do the Lean Cuisine almost everyday at lunch at work. I am not a great planner, so it is way better then having to go out and get something. And the sodium is high, but if you aren't eating for all 3 meals you are fine. It was a great way for me to make healthier swaps and ingredient list on a lot of the Lean Cuisines…

Congrats! I have been in the same boat, almost 2 month and the scale hasn't budged but I dropped another pant size and lost an inch! Ignore the scale and focus on what you want, and it will alll eventually come together. Keep up the good work!

Get a pedometer with a mileage options, I personally love my FitBit. It tracks flights of stairs, steps, miles, sleep paterns, calories burned, and works with MFP.
