No. The fact that you stated this.

Im 5'6", 177# eating 1800 a day and losing about 1 1/2# a week. I have a similarly active job as u and exercise 3-4 days a week for about an hour (mix of running or biking and weight lifting) If u feel you are eating less than 1600 now you will learn a lot by weighing your food and logging. Odds are you eat far more…

I work nights. (Since feb 2012) I havent had any issues losing 110# since September. I start my count from the time I wake to the time I sleep. I only sleep about 2-3 hours 5 days a week and this hasnt caused me any problems except being a total bleep. I eat about 600-800( may need a bit more for 12hr) calories during my…

On my scale i have measured my liquids in a cup, then on the scale in both ml and grams ml and they are equal to the measurement in the cup. Creamer 1tablespoon (15ml) is the serving size. Thats what is pictured below. I got really tired of washing cups and spoons so MOST of my liquids I have verified and then just weigh…

I take fruit or granola bars with me. I have small cooler I can pack yogurt and string cheese in. I dont like fast food much these days.

Lol, thats the part my husband said he hopes doesnt shrink.

Peanut butter and jelly sandwich or any sandwich really. Pepperoni and mozzerella rolled up in a flour tortilla Tater tots Cream of chicken and rice (only requires cooking some rice) I only consider it "cooking" if it takes more than 15 minutes to end up on my plate.

Love seeing everyones goals. I am currently searching for my next goal and Im 99% sure its going to be to sign up and complete a triathalon. Since last september I have lost 108#, made it to wonderland and as of yesterday was able to zip my wedding dress (9 years since Ive been able to) i dont have a specific weight I want…

Im a night shift. I changed the names of my meals in the settings. I usually eat my first meal at 11am. Then dinner at 5 and have anything I eat at work labeled as work. Snacks are anything I eat between all of that. I dont pay eat at specific times its just kinda how it falls so I went with it. I only sleep a few hours 5…

You can do this!! I went from a size 24 dress to a 12 in 11 months! Started last september. U got this just have to focus. Squeeze in exercise when u can. Weigh and log your food. Keep yourself accountable. Slip ups happen. Log it and move on.

Wow!! Wonderful accomplishment!! good for u for finding your athlete!
-
When you are close to your goal weight/ideal its not going to come off quickly.
-
I just changed the names of mine yesterday after almost a year!! Add me if u like. I work nights 5 days a week. I log my calories from 6am to 6am. I get home at 6am and sleep for a bit and usually eat my first meal around 11am.
-
Stayed at my calories. I was going over by a little every day. Once I reeled it back in it came off again. Those extra couple hundred were holding me at maintainence basically. I have my lpss set for 1 pound per week so eating over my goal was not a good idea.
-
I was at 183-185 for almost 2 months amd I kept at it and tightened up the last few days and now uts coming off again. Down to 178 this week and I am 5'6" also.
-
I think she meant when u get down to goal or closer dont relax on tracking/counting and start eating more. Usually thats what happens to people. They get so close and revert to old ways. Thats why we get stuck. Keep at a deficit and u will keep losing. Eat at maintainence and u will stop losing. Eat more than maintainence…

Adding that I also work 3rd shift and Sleep only 2-3 hours 5 days a week and eat essentially around the clock and has not made any difference in how I lose weight.
-
Ive lost 108 and have paid zero attention to macros. I only have about 15# to go And have no intention of ever minding them. If its fits in my calories Its fair game. OP start weigjing your food. I have successfully lost all this weight eating around 1800 calories, But I weigh everything.
-
I get this feeling too!!
-
The last month and a half I have focused more on weight lifting and less cardio. The scale stayed the same but inches came off. Measurements and pictures help to tell the whole story.

I tried to stay at my recomended sodium amount and ended up not feeling well (it was the only change I made those few days) Keep in mind that sodium is also important in your body and if you are doing a lot of strenuous exercise or working out in the heat you are losing sodium through your sweat so it may jeed to he higher…

This is interesting for me since I am a 3rd shifter. I only sleep about 2-3 hours during weekdays and get about 7-9 hours on weekends. Ive been stuck for about 1 1/2 months within this 3lb range and I think Its because Ive had a lot of vacation days meaning more sleep. I swear being awake those xtra hours helps me burn…

way to go! You look great, keep it up!

Me too. Followed all the rules and 3 out of 4 ended up with dry sockets. Not sure what was worse the taste that was what I figure poo tastes like, or the crap they pack them with.
-
Just remember not to use a straw for smoothies or any drink (dry sockets suck!!!). I made a lot of smoothies, string cheese, noodles, meat was ok cut in small pieces. Pretty much most foods were ok for me in small pieces for that matter. I had all 4 surgically removed at the same time. And whoever said baby food..i second…

I've been at the same weight for 1 1/2 months but have lost several inches. Try not to let the scale bother u. I'm happy it hasn't gone up!
