I usially eat "lunch around 11am, dinner at 5 and then soread a few 200 calorie or so snacks throughout the night at work. Ive lost…

As much as I just try to move on I kinda wonder if a nice amount of lifting would be beneficial at that point since I have a surplus of calories would that perhaps help my body in some way? Cant hurt ai suppose and that way I feel like I at least burned some of it if nothing else. Not gonna go crazy though.

To show how different bodies are, at the fittest I was very lean at 5'6" and 145 i wore a size 11, and only fit in a few 9's! My thighs and hips never get small:(

Great job, definitely supporting you!! You can do it.

rice was one of my OMG moments, 1/4 cup dry weighed 60grams and the serving size was 45grams dry so I was overeating by 40 extra calories on just that one thing. thankful for my scale to keep me right.

This was one of my first thoughts as well. I actually am slightly stressed about transitioning from losing to maintaining after a year!! Gonna take some getting used to mentally I think.

Lap swimming is great. I swim and hour once a week. Swimming burns a lot of calories.

They say exercise helps you sleep better. That being said..Im a night shifter and only sleep when my 2year old naps during the day. So I only get about 2-3 hours of sleep a day for 5 days in a row. I have not had any issues with losing the weight. Ive lost 101# in 10 months and only need to lose about 15-20 more. Eating…

If you cant get a grasp on the moods at least keep things around that u can munch on that isnt going to completely derail your days. Carrots, popcorn, celery, pretzels. Crunchy foods are the best for me when Im feeling stressed. That way It takes a long time to chew and Im not shoveling my face full of high calorie foods.…

I have tried many others but still go back to my regular creamer as I love tue taste. I use 2 tablespoons per coffee mug. 70 calories is worth it to me. I am satisfied with that one large cup.

I work 9pm-6am.. I count my days from 6am to 6am. I get off and go home and straight to sleep for about an hour until I get the kids up for school, so that starts my day. breakfast is around 11am, and I eat my last snack about 430am.

1: my initial weight was 287 2. My exercises have changed over time but I started out with Just walking, taking spin classes, and swimming an hour once a week and alternating arms, legs, abs days with those. Right now I go 3-4 days a week. Run at least 2 miles or swim an hour and then hit the weights. I have no clue what…

10 months. I started mid September last year after my epic wakeup call. Labor day weekend I wasnt able to take my daughter horseback riding because of my weight they wouldnt allow me on any of their horses:(

Great loss, btw! I started needing a 110 lb loss, and I'm down to 70 lbs to go and already have a good chunk of my life back. Bf is doing the same and has lost 22-ish lbs. [/quote] Way To go as well! Its so rewarding!!!

My diary I believe is public? ill check but other than just counting my calories I workout 3-4 days a week mixing cardio and weights/bodyweight exercises. No foods are off limits, if it fits in my calories goal its fair game. I work nights so my diary is just food inputed wherever no timing whatsoever.

Ha!!! Guess what Im doing when I get home!?!?!?!?

Make sure you weigh the dish its going in before u fill it up so u can subtract that weight without having to dirty another pan just to weigh the finished food. I forget sometimes and am really mad at myself when I have to transfer it all out of whatever I cooked it in. I hate washing dishes!

I love weighing my foods. I love accuracy. Its actually my job as well so its like 2nd nature to me anyways. It doesnt take much time and honestly the time it does take is worth it. No regrets here, investing in my health.

I eat when Im hungry. I work 9pm-6am.

Ive been working night shift for almost 4 years again. The key is bringing lots of healthy snacks. Big meals make me Very sleepy. I space my snacks 1 1/2-2 hours apart and about 100-200 calories each. Chicken/turkey breast String cheese Fresh fruits Fresh veggies chopped (i use a lttle low fat sour cream with dill) for…

5' 6" and my goal is about 145-150. Even 155 is a good place for me. Ill re-assess when I get there. Based on past experience my hips will never budge below 40-41 inches.

Congrats! And looking forward to your continued success. You can do it, never give up. My kids are my motivation as well. They sure do help keep me active as well!

Some major changes I see! Way to go and keep it up!
