My friend was only about 10 above her ideal weight, so had she been heavier the weight probably would have come off from the exercise alone, but since she had such a small amount to lose the food had to change just like your friend.

my best friend worked out for a year straight and her weight didnt budge, once she started watching her calories the weight finally came off, shes down 15# in about 4 months. Ive never been able to lose on exercise alone either. For me watching my calories is 95% of weight loss. Its very easy to be over your maintainence…

I am fairly close to where I want to be and honestly I feel like giving myself a bit more may make me feel a lot more satisfied at the end of the day and make this more sustainable for the long run. The only factor I can see is it gives me a smaller margin for error. There…

Thats what I was thinking. The ingredients are nothing to scoff at. Overall its healthy ingredients. I drink it once or twice a week so a bag lasts me a long time. I add it to almond milk, some strawberries and ice for a quick snack before I head to work at night. It takes a long time to drink so I get the satisfaction of…

I had the same problem and it turned out that my kneecap was tilted. They did a lateral release and I have been painfree for 5 years.
