Ran an 8K this weekend for Childrens Hospital of Wisconsin. Ran every single step and had a time of 52:40. Cant wait to break that next year!

Yup, yup 5'6" and 145 I still wore a 10! Juniors 11's and the oddball 9 were the smallest my thighs would ever fit into. You could see my spine and ribs at that weight:(

Boredom, lack of ambition. Didnt make time for myself to workout and I always failed miserably at eating well if I didnt work out. Quite honestly I just really love food. It tastes good. And I ate too much and didnt move enough. I have found my balance now.

I started here a year ago, 110# heavier and only able to run 1 minute and be completely winded. Im running an 8k this weekend at a 6mph pace. You can do this.

I consumed probably 4-5000 calories today. Had a crappy breakfast, ruby tuesday salad bar, raspberry tea, and shrimp pasta, tons of junk in between there and dinner which was chicken nuggets and tater tots. Absolutely. Now is when your loss will seem more dramatic since you are smaller. I swear my first 80 I felt like was only 20 when I looked in the mirror but the last 30 have been so dramtic every couple pounds. Keep up the great job! You look amazing!

I had migraines for 15 years. Turned out they were triggered from reflux which I had no idea I had. Havent had one in almost a year since I cleaned up my eating. greasy food, fried foods and onions/garlic are my triggers.

My son started 2yo preschool today and I spent the time he was there at the gym doing an indoor triathlon. Completed 3mile run, 16 mile bike and 1/2 mile swim in 1hr & 32 min. I now feel confident to sign up for an outdoor one.
