I win, i have gained ten and a half pounds since Thursday!!!!!! I went to maintenance and have gone over by around 2000 calories total in the five days, back to the gym and water for me! To be honest I expected this as i always have huge gains when i relax

I shall join you too, 5 weeks today is Xmas Day and I want to be a stone lighter (14 lbs). This would take me into the next stone bracket down and psychologically keep me on track over the festive period.

half off this week to 211.5, frustrating but I measured as well, 2 inches off my chest, 4 inches off my hips and NINE inches off my waist since end of July/beginning of August. That reinspired me back to the gym and today MFP says if all days were today I will be 197 in 5 weeks- I hope so!!!

I lost two pounds this week at weigh in-it was one and a half so I waited half an hour, had another wee and reweighed lol. That takes me to 212.5. BUT I'm away from tomorrow morning until late Friday night. We're staying with friends so hopefully I can control the food somewhat but the gym will be missing :-(
