Why turning 30 was so awesome.

I was told by two different doctors that if I didn't change my lifestyle I would not make it to thirty.
That was 15 years ago.
It took me a long time to realize that my health is important that I'm worth it and I'm important as well.
I've been morbidly obese since I was 15 and have now just got into the category of 'obese'.
I've had many health problems because of my excess weight...type 2 diabetis (still took insulin), high blood pressure and pcos to name a few.
I've decressed my insulin amounts by 70% and will be off insulin soon. I've been taken off 3 seperate blood pressure medication and just have 2 remaining to be taken off of in time.
All I really wanted to say was my 30th birthday was so awesome because I'm alive.
