I like to roast a bunch of different veggies - this week I did graffiti eggplant, broccoli, and brussel sprouts. I mix them up and portion them out into containers and topped with a Bilinski buffalo chicken sausage link and a sprinkle of feta. SUPER filling and good stats - mostly veggies!

I love the Daily Burn streaming service - it has programs but also you can choose which workouts you want to do!

I got an Apple Watch for Christmas and stopped using my FitBit. Between the two, I found the FitBit was overestimating my steps and calories - the Apple Watch seems much more realistic.

This has helped me considerably since I jumped back on the wagon post holidays. Even on my over days, I log everything! It keeps me honest and also, it helps me from going too far over most of the time.

I love just dance. I wore my HRM while doing it and burned over 400 calories doing one of the workouts. I am a runner so this is a nice change every once in a while.

Bread. Particularly homemade. However, I got a set of mini bread tins which helps. I can eat a "whole loaf" at one time! Great portion control. The other mini loaves get wrapped immediately and put in the freezer.

The skinny caramel macchiato is my friday treat, along with the new steel cut oats with fresh blueberries and agave syrup. Delish!

August 1: 157 August 8: 154.8 August 16: 153.4 So happy. I was away this past weekend and not really tracking so I was concerned, but we ended up walking like five miles a day so I'm sure that helped! That and I got right back on the horse on Monday. Down 3.6 in all!

Definitely! I do have an instructional aide in my room this year who is certified so I can run out if I need to, but I will probably drink more in the afternoon / evening.

I saw a great idea online for breakfast wraps that you make ahead and freeze. Eggs, turkey bacon, and light cheese in a low carb tortilla. Make, cool, wrap in foil, and grab on the morning you need it!

One of my favorite things to do is to add a tablespoon of dry sugar free fat free pudding mix. Thickens up the smoothie and also gives it great flavor! Today I did one with 1 cup of almond milk, 1 frozen banana, 1 tbsp sf / ff cheesecake pudding mix, and 1 tbsp of peanut butter. So good!

Just got this on my iPhone and iPad and love it! Love that you can put in the equipment you have and that it tells you exactly how many reps of each to do. Awesome!

I made a list for myself. 5ibs is a JETS tumbler that I'm dying for for football season. 10LBS is a new outfit for work. I've only gotten that far so far, still trying to work out the other rewards :)

Here! Oh man and the summer is hard. I have been out most nights of the week! What I've been trying to do is work out a bit more and stick to bottled light beers that are easier to track, like miller lite or Michelob ultra. Since I actually love GOOD beer, this can be tricky, so once in a while I will allow myself a…

My August 1st weigh in was 157 pounds.

Hi everyone! I'm Kelly, and I'm a 39 year old teacher heading back to school on September 4th. just started using MFP a week ago! Currently I'm 157 and would ultimately like to lose about 20 pounds, but I'm shooting for 10 before the school year starts. I am a runner, which I try to do 4-5 days a week, and on the days I…

I will definitely give it a shot. I'm a teacher and back to school on September 4th!

These are my new favorite thing! Had peanut butter and banana this morning. Thinking if trying to use a tbsp of cookie butter with banana for tomorrow :)

One of my favorites are the dark chocolate granola thins by nature valley. Only 90 calories, sweet crunchy and a nice dose of chocolate.

Venti skinny caramel macchiato. Also lived their iced passion tea!

I actually put salt and vinegar on a 100 calorie bag of popcorn. Helps ease that craving!

I just had the sweet potato gnocchi in butter and sage tonight for dinner and it is insanely delicious!

Unsweetened vanilla almond milk and their pumpkin seed ciabatta rolls are two of my favorites! Also the 100 calorie dark chocolate bars are great when the sweet tooth hits!
