I want to weigh less than 200 Lbs. Currently 220 Lbs. I want to complete C25K, no more stoping and starting over, stay on schedule Be able to run 5K non-stop

I thought I read somewhere NOT to log your activity of the fitbit site if you are syncing as it caused issue with the MFP.

I have been doing a much better job of logging everyday and exercising. One you start moving more the extra energy becomes addictive.

I was born and raised in Austin! My family and I still live here in South Austin. There are a ton of things to do year round and the climate, hill country, and lakes make it easier to get out doors for activities.:happy:

Weight stayed the same. Shows me that I need to add some exercise in.

I saw this thread last week and really liked the idea of only getting on the scale once a week so that it makes it easier to see progress and stay motivated. 243.... Down 1.4 pounds!
