Happens to me all the time. Try not to put cream on your legs before a workout.

Drink lots of water, protein immediately after a workout and the occasional epsom salt bath.

I'm just over 5'6 but my weight goal is 155 - and a size 8. I want to maintain my muscle mass. :)

I'm the same way. I track my calories each day but don't always see results at the end of the week.

I'm no eggs, no dairy, no gluten.... For breakfast I try to have a protein shake (Vega Sport) or some Holy Crap (www.holycrap.ca) with Coconut Milk. Shakes usually win out for convenience sake.

Depends on your hair type. I have fine hair that's past my shoulders and I typically wash it every day. Getting the right products and not over conditioning is super important in this scenario.

Vega's actually not bad tasting. I use the Chocolate Shake mix and keep the Chocolate Coconut bars (240 cal; 16 g protein) on hand for when I'm on the go. Way better than the Isagenix stuff or any of the other 'vegan' protein I've used.

I'm using 5s and 10s but lift some pretty heavy weights three times a week. Jillian's definitely been kicking my butt from a cardio perspective - damn you running man - and i'm spent at the end of a workout but I haven't any muscle soreness as a result the next day.
