I find not denying myself sweet stuff stops me from going crazy and giving into my chocolate cravings. So dark chocolate almond milk blended with a banana is a great way to start off my day and keep me on the right track.

I'm in Canada and this summer has been particulary hot and humid. When it's too hot to go outside I do my Wii excersizes. I don't know if you have a console, but I love to use the Wii Active program. Works out all of my body in about 30-45 mins. :)

I eat honey nut cheerios if i am out of my normal cereal. Usually something from Kashi. Honey almond flax is my favourite. Add some blueberries/strawberries or bananas and away I go :)

If we had the money I would love to open up a bar with my husband. Have a friendly place where people come and hang out, with lots of live music :tongue: I have always wanted to be a runner, a dream I am hoping to achieve once I lose some weight. Or if I lose enough weight, maybe have a career in fitness, be an insructor…
