  • I'm totally in. Did day one and day two, took a rest day cause I was soooo sore... doing day 3 tonight :D
  • I find not denying myself sweet stuff stops me from going crazy and giving into my chocolate cravings. So dark chocolate almond milk blended with a banana is a great way to start off my day and keep me on the right track.
  • I'm in Canada and this summer has been particulary hot and humid. When it's too hot to go outside I do my Wii excersizes. I don't know if you have a console, but I love to use the Wii Active program. Works out all of my body in about 30-45 mins. :)
  • I eat honey nut cheerios if i am out of my normal cereal. Usually something from Kashi. Honey almond flax is my favourite. Add some blueberries/strawberries or bananas and away I go :)
  • - keep hyrated - if you don't feel motivated to excersize, do it anyway. - don't restrict your diet too much, especially in the beginning.I give myself one cheat every week, maybe a piece of cake or donut or something like that. However I have not taken that cheat yet because I look at it and decide I don't want to throw…

  • If we had the money I would love to open up a bar with my husband. Have a friendly place where people come and hang out, with lots of live music :tongue: I have always wanted to be a runner, a dream I am hoping to achieve once I lose some weight. Or if I lose enough weight, maybe have a career in fitness, be an insructor…
