i think you just had some crappy bisquits and gravy come to texas we have fresh buttermilk fluffy bisquits and smother in country style gravy that has been made from the scratch outa sausage grease whats not to love man i went to europe and germany is the only place that had good food meat potatos beer...heaven

maybe switch to maintainence for a bit dont eat fast food as much you tend to lose more weight sorry what i mean to say is i got lazy and ate fast food everyday like my calories allowed it but what i notice is that with healthy foods your body tends to give in easier to lose weight i was stuck in a plateau for like a month…

ive lost 30 pounds and no change i think alot of calves are genetics but i always thought it was amazing that i had never even touched a leg press and was pushing 500 pounds up

its good to vary your exercise everyday or you wont give your body time to recover i dont benchpress everyday because i would litteraly tear the muscles down and give them no time to build just mix it up youl be fine and its not necessary to go everday but every little bit helps

um you can drink to much water its called something osmosis but basically your sells become too full of water and explode this wont happen from how much your drinking tho

guys check out eca stack ephedrine hcl you just buy caffeine and bronchaid and it works better than any stack on the market and ive heard oxy elite pro works too but not as good this is only 20 dollars compared to 40 or 60

i would say whey or isolate...isolate digests slower meaning you feel full longer whey is good for after workout it hits you fast replenishes muscles

4lbs a week is actually bad it means your losing alot of muscle too the first couple weeks are because of water weight :)
