ive wondered that too are calories calories if i eat 1600 calories of protein is it the same as carbs idk :/ sorry for attaching this onto your question now you have more questions and no answers lol

um i find that alot of the protein powders have bcaa's and amino acids its good for you im using body fortress i like it body fortress bodybuilding forum claims it has unneccessary metals but i think thats cuz they want you to buy there stuff hope it helps low cal low carb high protein :D

it sounds like your doing everything right just stick with it your body is super complicated ive been doing this since november 1st and ill tell you ive learned loads about my body you will get to know your body because somedays it does some strange things stick with it

ive lost about 30 in 3 months it could be possible for you the first week you drop like 5 to 10 alone on water weight so just factor that in too its pretty much 40 pounds in 5 months plus the first week just be positive it gets hard it slows down it speeds up stick with it :) good luck

when your muscles rebuild they retain water this could be cause for fluctuation in weight thats why its good to record one the same day every week i weigh everyday to keep in track an just to kinda learn how my body reacts and some days i go up but i always notice by the one day ive lost something

im using the philips over ear they work really good i had the in ear kind and my ears were very pissed cuz id keep catching them on the weights and kept ripping out these work awesome just started c25k and it does wonders :)

nuts are high in protein and add calories pretty easily if you need more energy maybe a slice of peanut butter toast just a few ideas :) and i think you need to eat more good luck

our bodies have a natural reaction to carbs and sugar because in nature these things arent easily found so your body will litterally crave these things like a drug they release endorphins so carbs and sugar dont make you fill up easier and keep you hungrier
