if you burn off calories then you dont have them in your system so 1200 is the amount you need to function on to sustain 2 pounds a week er whatever so if your burning off calories then you need some to keep your body in homeostasis

its not really the carbs you gotta worry about and eating healthier can be more exspensive but it can also be cheaper sometimes like just little things like not eating as much at resteraunts and not getting the high calorie foods at fast food places

hey welcome ive tried everything to atkins and hcg and this by far is the best and easiest to stick with you dont notice drastic changes if you have a bad day and ive never lost this much weight in my entire life good luck :)

ive never lost this much weight the proof is in the system should work for you workout hard and lose that weight and show them

so your body can build muscle while still losing weight if your only supposed to eat 1200 a day and you exercise you burn those calories that your body would have used for nutrients

i just started today i got halfway through insanity and got walking pnemonia and so im starting p90 today cuz i hear its a bit easier in the cardio sense :)

because its a way to build muscle and lose fat but still lose weight say my lean body mass is 160 if i workout and make my lean body mass 165 that will mean 165 pounds of me is muscle and blah blah blah get it like requiring you to lose less weight and look more muscular make sense?

haha yah it feels great all my friends gained their freshman 15 im not at my goal but everyone noticed if any of you guys need any information or whatever just add me or send a message ive been here since october so if i cant answer a question i can probably help you find out the answer

it depends on water weight my first week i lost 7 but i was doing insanity so i litterally had no water weight haha it just depends :) you can message me if you have any other questions
