um the protein thing i dont believe you have that much protein especially not a majority of it from powder i usually do about 80 to 150 a day and skim milk makes it really creamy my chocolate ones taste practically like a milk shake just make sure you add the powder after the liquid or it will coagulate on the bottom…

um your wrong about the glycogenesis thing people who do clyclogenic keto diets have very little carbs and lots of protein if your theory was correct they wouldnt need carb up days to replenish glycogen stores and energy because protein would do that but your wrong!

ab muscles are not really like other muscles they dont get as big its usually the big muscles that require energy to maintain also dont work your abs more than 3 times a week there is a thing called over training and 3 is the max you want on abs

i find it fun doing free weights i also like to listen in on peoples conversation like these kids who saw me bench pressing by myself i was benching as much as them as a warm up and threw on another 30 pounds they were like hes gonna hurt himself pushed up 8 reps and showed them lol idk i just like it :)

trust me if you have before pictures they definately show it im about 18 pounds from my goal weight and right now i dont think ill look the way i want but my pictures kinda say maybe that last bit of fat on my lower stomach will go away :)
