I agree. You need 1200 calories to function normally as a human being. Your BMR will give you a BETTER estimate on how many calories to maintain your weight if you lay in bed all day. Is chubby fat? I love a man with some padding. I can't stand the hard 6 pack thing. To me that says, he'll be too busy toworkout to spend time with me. Next, it'll be a guy without a DAMN cell phone. That's all my SO does is plays on his cell.

It took me about a month to figure out what my problem was, too. I was gaining weight eating 10,000-1,200 calories. There were several factors. FIRST, I had to INCREASE my intake to 1,800. SECOND, get RID of SUGAR as much as I could (coffee, tea, oatmeal, baking, etc.). THIRD, eat 50% or less carbs a day. FOURTH, eat more…

I don't have the big boob problem I'm about a 34B maybe. But I always wanted to see how much they weigh. Boobs are mostly made out of fat.......So in a sense, men are attracted to FAT!
