1200 or 1500??
When I started MFP, I started with 1200 calories and lost a ton of weight but after a while I was eating 1500 with no weight loss but was gaining muscle. I went from 210 to 133 in 2 years. So where do I start after gaining 10 pounds and gained 5% of my body fat back? I'm a little rusty.

Counting calories with toddler eating off my plate?

2 c-sections (8 and 7 years ago), belly still jelly

About 20-25 pounds to go and stuck
I have lost about 65 pounds in the past 18 months. Not too bad, eh? I am stuck at about 20-25 pounds to go and I hear this is the hardest time to lose weight (the 25 pound marker). My body fat ratio is at 30%.
