I used the Wii as a weight scale (don't have a scale yet but being looking at a Fitbit one) and I play Zumba. What about you?

I use the Wii nearly everyday. I really enjoy the basic run. It helps you keep a constant pace to burn max calories. It also get s my kids off the couch, as they see it as just playing video games.0

I use the Wii My Fitness Coach program 6 mornings a week 30 minutes Tuesday through Friday and 60 minutes each on Satirday and Sunday. I find it gives a great all around workout program and you can adjust to your conditioning level and set target areas to work on.0

I used to use my Wii about 5 or 6 days a week and it was the only scale I used.
I did aerobics, running, boxing, hula hooping and the obstacle course. I only stopped because I moved overseas and left it with my mother.0 -
I love the wii and the kids let me do it because they like watching and running along, but I also do other exercises to0

I never did get the Wii Fit but did use EA Active 2 for the first 20 or so pounds of my weight loss. Was a good workout although the sensors had an annoying way of dying on you ( even despite full battery power) for no reason. Was never fun to survive through a ton of rounds of foot fires and mountainboarding only to have your workout not count!! Lol. Liked that it had a workout schedule and tracked calories for you ( not sure how accurate the number was though).
But now I've invested in a Kinect so going to try some fitness stuff with that and see how it works out.0 -

I do Just Dance or Michael Jackson with my daughters on the Wii. They like to dance and it gets us doing something together. It's also fun to watch my 9 year old try her hardest to beat me and watch my 6 year old dance like MJ. lol0
