Maintain and set new fitness goals.
I realised before hitting my goal weight that I have more important fitness goals than just what the scale tells me. I also want to make sure that I don't slip back into bad habits.0 -
I have a satisfactory health range which I have achieved! Yay. However I continue to track and now I just have other goals.0
