Week 4 day 2 done! I like 4 way more then 3... one more round of them and I'm on to Phase 2... yikes!! What weights do you ladies use? I've been using 5lbs... Wow!! Workout 3 was a challenge!! I found the Crescents hard to do on my carpet... my feet were dragging pulling them up!! But as hard as it is now I know it will only be getting harder... more incentive to push myself!!

Today is my last day of week 2!! On to week 3 tomorrow.. yikes! I also had my first run with the C25K group and I did much better then I expected!! I totally owe it to JMBR for getting me in to good enough shape for it!! So glad to see everyone sticking to it and doing so well!!

:smile: It wasn't painful getting out of bed this morning!! lol!! I've been following the Kickstart your Metabolism and am on day 4 today. Yesterday instead of doing just cardio 1 I did NMTZ and 30 mins on treadmill. I forgot how NMTZ kicks your butt... I found it harder then workouts 1 and 2!!

Thanks... wasn't planned lol... I popped it in to see what it was like and ended up doing it! I've gained back what I had lost earlier in the summer and am determined to get back on track!! I don't have a heart rate monitor and was wondering what everyone logs the cardio workouts as? High cardio?

Hello! I just finshed workout 1 and cardio 1 (kickstart metabolism)... Did anyone else do this before starting the 90 days? I must say this is my fav Jillian workout to date and the music is way better then Shred and Ripped!! I made is half way through Ripped in July and then went on holidays, and came back to house guests…

Just finished... 100 reg squats with 10lbs weight and 50 squat thrusts with 5lbs. Gonna feel it tomorrow!
