Hello! I'm triple positive decision multifocal and node positive. I finished all my iv treatments but have been taking nerlynx and letrozole since last February. I have 2 more bottles of nerlyn (side effects have been *kitten*.. literally lol) I lost 40lbs during chemo but have gained 15 back since the hormone blockers.β¦

Hi, I'm a working mom in her 40's looking for a mentor to help further my knowledge on nutrition and fitness and hold me accountable! I enjoy lifting weights and have a pretty decent set up at home, along with a treadmill for cardio. I do need to lose the fluff but know that the number on the scale is not the end goal.β¦

Workout 5 today and 6 tomorrow to get me back on schedule. Had friends over for dinner and ate over my calories. Will have to do extra cardio tomorrow

Welcome @gininme !! I use 5 & 8 and am getting my 10s back from my neighbour for phase 2. I don't like the cardio DVD so I sub with hiit on the treadmill too.

Hello ladies. I'll be finishing up phase 1 this weekend and excited to see my results. How did you all do on phase 1? This week has been bad for eating for me (TOM) so I'm getting back on track to kick off Phase 2. I'd like to lose 10 lbs or go down a clothing size for this next phase!

Just did week 4 day 1 w/o 3 and I still struggled with those damn crescent poses lol. I can only get my foot up outside my hands... My belly and boobs make it hard to bring my leg/foot up between my hands lol it's sooo messy and awkward!! @amandabullock120 I am going to do extra lifts... I need all the extra help lol! Hangβ¦

Does anyone add extra weight lifting? I was thinking of adding a few squats, deadlifts, arms using heavier weights then what I use in the JM workouts.

Hey ladies!! Just wondering how everyone is doing?! I had to swap Sunday rest day for Wednesday so today is week 3 workout 4 then cardio tomorrow and on to week 4 Monday.

@amandabullock120 yes I have that problem lol especially with V sits. My belly sticks out so I can't keep my knees together when I pull them in lol

Week 3 w/o 3 just kicked my butt!! I struggle with the crescent move, I workout on the carpet and find it hard bringing my foot up without it dragging.

@Sally4Change feel free to add me! I find this thread very motivating too! It's a great program that can give you great results if you stick with it and watch your food. I'm at 1500 a day and has been working great as long as I don't eat crappy

Thank you!!! I pushed too much last Sunday and it made things worse. I'm dressed and ready to get my final workout 2 in today. I've been eating like crap this week - fast easy food so I'm happy to be getting back to it this week

Well ladies I'm on day 4 of a horrible chest cold. I have my last workout 2 and cardio before moving in the workouts 3&4. I know they are harder so I want to be 100% before getting back at it. Just very frustrated I will lose my progress. I think I may do cardio today and finish with w/o 2 tomorrow. I love seeing all theβ¦

I was meant to do my last workout 2 yesterday but this chest cold got the better of me. Resting today too in hopes I can get back at it tomorrow! I love reading everyone progress it's so inspiring!!

Just pushed through W/O 2 week two. Got hit with a head cold yesterday but don't want to fall into the excuse trap... I feel better now. I hate running man too!! Worst part is that it comes back in a later workout 7 (I think 7) So I just finished my first workout 1 (week 2). I used my 8lbs Dumbbells today but still struggle with military push ups lol

I started on Sunday and I've done everyday alternating workouts 1 &2 with an hour of walking on treadmill after. Last night was a rest night and back at it today.
