Just finished Cardio2!! Uggghhh... burpees. I've lowered my calories the past 2 days and saw some movement on the scale!! I weigh everyday but only record on Mondays. I hear you. I know I need to be patient... but I seriously can't get below 173... I'm staying under cal (1760), doing JMBR and C25K (I actually just got back from a 5km run) I know I could be eating cleaner... but I'm no where near as bad as I was! You are doing great! 10 lbs in Phase 1 - I'm so jealous!! I like cottage cheese, greek yogurt and hard boiled eggs for post workout snacks. I found a clean eating magazine online that has tons of great reciepes, I'm trying to incorporate more new and healthy meals.

Workout 6 finished... I have crappy balance!! The statue of liberty move... again... had to put toe down for balance. I loved/hated the ab routine (crunches with weights, lower ab raises and wipers) I love that it will shed the inches.. just hate doing them!! Poeticmoe - hope you feel better soon!
