I will only talk about down range stuff with other people that have been there. Also for anyone that does not realize this, it is not polite when someone tells you they were deployed etc and the 1st question you ask is how many people did you kill. Yes can overhydrate seen it plenty of times in the Army. Lol we would get in trouble when we didn't drink enough water and passed out from dehydration and also get in trouble when we drank to much and got all loopy and delerious.
