I haven't lost much - only 1 kg in the first month but my priority was on disciplining myself with working out. So I managed to wake up at 5:30 am from Monday to Friday for 4 weeks to work out. I'm proud of myself for being able to do that much. Now, I'm focusing on my food intake :)
