I have the chocolate one and I mix it in the blender with milk and fresh or frozen fruiit.

I would love to join... I'm 5'2" and have about 35-45 lbs. I'm looking to really get this extra weight off. I would love to have some extra motivation.

Sounds good I will try it in the morning... I was worried it would taste funny. I haven't thought of Kale I'll try that too.

I almost always go over my protein goal, but I stay where I should for my calories. I found that I stay fuller longer when I get in plenty of protein at each meal/snack.

I personal can't drink it straight, but I enjoy adding it to my smoothies in place of juice, milk, or water. Today's smoothie included: 1/2c Blueberries 1 small banana 1/2c Vita Coconut water 1/2c plain chobani yogurt 1 tsp. honey 314 calories for one serving and it packs 25g of protein....
