  • Yes, I would consider myself to be very fit. I do weights 2-3 times a week, run 6-8 miles twice a week (training for a 1/2 marathon), and do insanity when I can't get to the gym. I find the workouts challenging. I can do them, but have to modify some of the harder moves at times and definitely feel like I am working hard!…
