Sorry I'm so stinkin late!!!! It was my little guys birthday today so it's been a bit crazy! I am 207 tonight! Only down a pound but I guess it's better than nothing. I need to hit the gym harder this week and not stress myself out with school work!! This group rocks i love the accountability!

How exciting!?!?!?!!!! I'm so proud of all of us! I need to keep on the water that seems to be helping me out, and also maintain working out. I have found that if I can't get to the gym then my wii biggest loser game is great!!! My legs are still hurting from yesterday!

Are you doing WW as well as using this site? Doesn't WW disagree with the whole calorie counting? Just curious, cause I was thinking of WW.

I am 5'8 and I am currently 195, but my goal is 160-165 I would like to be 160 and that was my dr that told me to get down to that!! Numbers can be silly to follow sometimes....I have noticed lately even when i feel better becuase I've been eating better I feel amazing!!! I hope this helps some!!

But if you've got to cheat it's better to do it the best way...I ate mcdonalds for the first time in like a week since going hardcore on this weightloss thing and I felt nasty in the morning and all i had was a mcdonalds snack wrap!! Blaaaa Thanks for the tip...good to have all this help around

You can do it, just remain focused. I noticed that when it was my TOM my scale said I gained a pound, but once it was gone I was 2 pounds lighter...my weakness is eating during this time!! Stay motivated and you can do it!!

I have the wii fit too!! I highly recommend My fitness coach for the wii!!! The workouts are great...you will break a sweat in no time!! At first I was doubtful, but after doing in for a week or so I was like WOW!! I love the wii!!!
