Im glad this was posted....I just had a baby a month ago and had a depo shot yesterday and I am freaked out to gain weight...my dr too told me that the shot will make me feel more hungry so I am trying to really stick to mfp this time. I am also breast feeding exclusively!

I do it every day, but I think I have a little OCD when it comes to stepping on the scale! I do it morning and night, in the morning I do it with pjs on and off, then to the bathroom, then weigh again! I know it's awful!

I love reading everyones mishaps, because then I don't feel so awful! LOL My goals this week are: 1.) work out at the gym for an hr -3 days a week 2.) No eating after 7pm(this has been great for losing weight, I just drink water after 7!) 3.) walk for at least 30 minutes -5 days a week!

I think the wii scales are off. I would go with the other scale. I can being doing good on the diet thing and the wii will say I have gained weight and my other scale says I'm the same!

Can I still join this challenge if I only have the 30 day shred dvd? I will go out and look for those dvds tomorrow as well. I'm going to stick to home workouts since this snow outside doesn't seem to be going anywhere and were supposed to get hammered soon.

What is insanity?? I'm kind of in a funk right now...so any extra tips would be great. I think I may start 30 day shred since were supposed to be getting a lot of snow and I won't be able to make it to the gym! I'm so sick of the snow!!!! Ahhh Anyways...30 day shred it is.
