This time of year I typically make up batches of pumpkin cheesecake cupcakes for my husbands office. They LOVE them.

Columbia makes some really nice Omni Heat tights. I'd recommend getting those and then layering some sweats or something over that. Bundle up and keep rolling, but if there's ice on the ground, you may have to put it off until things thaw a little.

I would suggest you try and make/meet some like minded health conscious friends. There are lots of groups on here that meet up to work out together, walk, run etc.... Get yourself a lot of veggies to munch on... Salads with grilled chicken.... Fruits are fabulous too... You can munch on fruits and veggies all day long and you'll be pretty low on the calorie front.

Mine fluctuates BIG TIME, I was 222 prior, and during I went up to 228 - 6lbs!!! Within a day or so after ending though, I'm usually a lb below what it was prior so... I don't worry too much. Just mother nature bloating/retaining water/trying to kill me. LOL Good Luck!

I crave sweets, baked goods especially. My trick is to have healthy alternatives of these items. Sometimes that doesn't go too well but, most of the time I can curb it.

I tend to buy a bag of red grapes, wash them up, and put them in a plastic container for later frequent consumption.... I also like to snack on peanuts, carrots with ranch.... Fruits and vegetables are often a safe bet.

Cardio - Bike Ride, Walking, etc.... but you need to tone/strength train too... Sit ups, Planks, side sit ups etc... GL (Jillian's 30DS made a pretty big impact on my bulge)

Mine are stress induced. Generally speaking they can last anywhere from a few moments to a few days. The ONLY thing I crave when that happens, is a dark, quiet room and an ice cold glass of water.

If you just started doing 30DS - You're going to be building muscle mass, best to measure yourself and watch the inches melt off. I measured Bust, Waist, Hip, Thigh, Neck, and upper arms. Lemmie tell ya, doin' 30DS the inches fell off, but the scale hardly moves. So I KNOW I'm losing FAT. Stick with it. You're doing good.

As someone who works with Photoshop frequently, I can tell you honestly that there wasn't much photo editing done to those pics. Lighting sure, but they didn't cut her body up or change angles. She is genuinely a fit, good looking woman. Her boobs look like that because she's got them shoved into a corset. Simple as that.

When I'm in the mood for Chinese food, I typically will order Thai instead. It kills that craving and most Thai food is made fresh with healthy stuff like coconut oils/milk etc... I especially LOVE Red Curry ... I make it at home most often.

I don't understand the problem here. No, I don't think it's "rude" for you to not order food when you're not hungry. The only one who seemingly had a problem was your wife, who was undoubtedly uncomfortable eating when you weren't. That's HER insecurity, not yours.
