I do, but not because the work out is challenging or anything special (though it is.) I go to mine because the people at my box are really supportive and encouraging. When I'm struggling they cheer me on. Love it.

THIS I've done. It holds the form a bit better. The banana and egg thing, to me, just tastes like scrambled eggs with bananas. Was not a fan. But when I added the oatmeal, it was more like a pancake. I really liked it this way.

I'm an italian girl too, and since I'm trying to keep my calorie counts low. I'm finding alternatives for my favorite high calorie/carb pasta dishes.... I use spaghetti squash and zucchini in place of pasta. It's delicious and so much better for you.

Like clothing, shoes depend on the "cut" and "style" as well. Your feet may have gotten a little smaller, but it's generally not that drastic a change. It's more likely just the manufacturer runs differently.
