I LOVE Swimming. I swim, bike, and do Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. But by far my favorite thing to do is swim. Typical day would be to drive the kids to School, stopping at Burger King on the way home and grabbing TWO Bacon Egg and Cheese Croissantwich's, Hash browns, and two boxes of orange juice. Then for lunch I'd usually have a sandwich of some kind. Then dinner was typically eating out at Applebee's, Chili's, iHop, etc....…

I haven't but only because I've been told by friends who are trainers that "target zones" don't work. That and there's a lot of core work in her 30DS and I do a lot of planks/etc on my own. Good Luck!

If you've been doing a lot of strength training over the past few days/weeks you could have gained more muscle mass, which wouldn't necessarily increase your inches but definitely increase your weight.

I like Chobani best, and it's easy to locate in the stores nearby, but, I LOVE Trader Joe's greek yogurt. It's fantastic!! Unfortunately there isn't one inside of a 20 minute drive so, that's a special trip.

For the record, my modified recipe was fabulous. The texture was a little rubbery and I maybe next time will add a few more chocolate chips.... but it was pretty darn tasty and killed that craving. Thanks!

I have a heavily modified version of this recipe cooling on my counter right now. Nordstrom Rack, Marshall's, TJ Maxx, Old Navy, Target, Kohl's, my only advice is skip WalMart - stuff lasts maybe a few washes if you're lucky. I swear I think they use tissue paper for thread. NOTHING More embarrassing than the seam splitting in your week old pants at the gym while you're doing squats.

Any "diet" that you can't maintain for life, isn't worth doing. Learning to eat properly and proportionately is the BEST way to go. For me, My ire isn't so much at the drivers, but those stupid idiot lights they put on the ramps to "help" traffic. This doesn't help. It creates a HUGE problem because a lot of vehicles can't get up to speed to merge safely in the remainder of the ramp onto the freeway. I HATE those lights.

look for Paleo recipes. Those are gluten free for the most part. Trader Joe's has some excellent gluten free products.
