There are types of sit ups you can do to target those muscles.... Jillian Michael's 30 day shred is helping me a lot to lose those particular areas (and strengthen others as well).... Maybe you wanna try that.

If it's sore, have some bananas, believe it or not it helps... along with an anti inflammatory and lots of water to flush the toxins from your system. Ice will also help. However, if it's PAINFUL, Like, sprained your ankle kinda pain.... you should see a doctor as you might have pulled something.

if I were in your position I'd take Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred DVD. It has a bit of cardio/strength in the work out. Beats nothing... That or hit the pool and do some laps.

If it's making me uncomfortable, like they look like a panting dog after a steak.... I tend to belch, Make a weird face, pretend like I'm picking my nose, or some other oft putting behavior. My son had bad eczema when he was little.... We tried a ton of prescribed creams, nothing worked... Then our Pediatrician suggested we use Cetaphil and then put aquaphore (sp?) over the cetaphil.... that worked like a charm because the cetaphil moisturized the skin, while the aquaphore sealed it in like lard.

I think there's a few factors. Laziness being at the top, combined with poor eating habbits and heavily processed EVERYTHING. Have you taken a trip around the grocery store and really looked at the shelves.... In my local supermarket, there are more aisles and shelves for cookies, snack cakes, chips, and soda's, than there…

I make a "sloppy joe" type thing....or chilli... however you'd like to serve it. My Mary is a retired ex Racing Greyhound. She's the fastest couch potato I've ever met :) I can't take her with me on my walks and jogs though, she barely makes it 10 minutes before exerting herself and wanting to go home LOL

I try and replace my sweet tooth cravings with something sweet but healthy for me... like, when I want a cupcake, instead, I'll go grab an apple, or some grapes.... They've got natural sugars and sweetness, so it'll help satisfy those cravings, but you're not over doing it either.

If he's making you uncomfortable, SAY SO. If it continues after you ask him to back off, speak with the owners about it and ask them to let you out of contract without the fee. Let them know their employee is harassing you and you want out.
