Great question and I have a basic answer for you. Don't plug in the base station of the fitbit and you won't have an issue. It runs on a non-standard frequency for wireless communication thus the likelihood of it causing issues where ever you work are slim. Not to mention the radio distance around the fitbit is around 5-8…
