  • I am going to say pass day 2 I am pretty sure I was under my calories but am really not sure with my dinner out. However, it was easy to choose the grilled chicken with double veggies instead of veggies and mash. Small victories!
  • Did a day trip to the beach. Packed a cooler with my allotment of food and water for the day and got plenty of exercise swimming, boogie boarding and walking the boardwalk. Yes x 3
