4-5 times a week for me. I do a lot of cardio moves that engage the core, like kickboxing. I don't do many sit ups. :noway:

I am 5'3 and currently weigh 128lbs. I am fine with my weight. I am looking more into lowering body fat % rather than losing any more weight. Right now I am at 16%, my goal is to hit 12-14%. Good luck to all of you!

You have to find what works for you. For me, I am pretty routine and more strict through out the week on what I eat, but on the weekends am more lax because its more family and friend time, but still I focus on Calories in vs. Calories out. Good luck!

I normally plan my meals the night before or use Sundays as a plan and prep day to get a view of what my week looks like. I typically eat the same thing for breakfast and snacks throughout the week. On weekends I just go with the flow and enter as I go. It definitely keeps my eating habits in check.

We are similar.... 5'3 SW: 165lbs GW: 135 CW: 129 UGW: 125 I am currently in maintenance mode working on toning and lowering BF%. I am currently at 16%. I am comfortable with my weight, if I lose more, that would be a bonus!! Good luck!! You look fantastic!

Salad with no dressing, Apricot Venetian Chicken, Minestrone soup are some good choices. No matter what you get Olive Garden dishes are OVERLOADED with sodium. You can get some low cal dishes, but make sure to chug some water the next day or so. :drinker:

I like Udi's for bread. Glutino's pretzels are so good. Also, Blue Diamond rice and nut crackers. If you love pancakes, waffles, Bisquick makes a gluten free mix that is super good.
