  • Very excited for this challenge! I hit my 10,000 steps today! Had a BBQ with family & was able to stay within my goals. I balanced my cheese burger with a healthy dose of fruits & veggies. It is becoming easier to balance & a good feeling to know deprivation is not necessary. It is all about moderation!

  • Agreed...do you log everyday? You should be consuming at least 1200 cal per day. Please, try to lose weight but stay healthy doing it :). You can do it! Feel free to add me as a friend! The friends on my list are very encouraging too...look them up!
