Honestly, all of my MF peeps keep me motivated. When i see them posting workouts and reading their energetic updates and weight loss, it makes me want to move....seriously peeps are the key to my success.

Why wouldn't you say something right then and there? She would have appreciated it for a few reasons; she wouldn't have to go through the effort of working out only to get little to no results and then possibly look like a fool for 'not doing it right'.

Personally I have found that on rest days my body does recover! I go back into my exercise routine with much more ummphh than without any rest days:)
