  • I just received my shake mix and will be officially starting tomorrow 8/28/12 although I am still waiting on my Blender Bottle to get here. I am very excited to see how this goes.   • Good Luck to you! I am new on here too and I cant count how many times I've lost weight just to gain it back and then some. I am on Day 7 of the Beachbody Power 90 In Home Boot Camp. I am trying not to set numbers for myself just in case I dont reach them and get discouraged so I am going to consider any amount of weight…
