  • I am with you on the chocolate. I love my chocolate. I allow myself a few hershey kissed, or a few squares of a hersheys bar. I have found that sugar free chocolate pudding helps with the chocolate craving.
  • I haven't really given up anything. I just measure things more closely. I have found that I have underestimated most of my serving sizes in the past. What I thought was one serving turned out to be 2 or more. So now I am trying to stick to the right portion sizes. I also always ask myself "Is it really worth the calories?"…
