I eat the cereal Krave, plain no milk. Works really well for me. You get 3/4 of a cup and its only 125 calories. :)

Definitely with you on this journey! I'm 22, 5'3'' and unfortuantely 222 lbs. So my goal is probably 70 pounds? Maybe more?

Right now, mine is 150. Once I get to that weight or close to it I might alter it if I'm not happy with how I feel. I can't honestly remember the last time I have been that weight. I'm 222 lbs now and it's terrible. I feel like I'm fifty years old when I'm only twenty two. To start off small though, to be under 200 pounds…
