That's great! Take it day by day and stay mindful. You're doing well!

Great job Dennis! I find that I can have the worst day...but as soon as I run the weight on my shoulders lifts and I'm usually smiling again :)

'Hi, I'm in the same boat as you. 5'2 with about 10-15 pounds I need to lose, all gained courtesy of the binge monster! Add me if you like!

I'm 5'2 and I want to get back to 110. I'm 125 now, which I know is not fat but I don't feel good with the extra weight.

Nice idea, thanks for posting.

I think the OP was just trying to be helpful with some tips that have worked for her. Obviously what works for one person won't work for everyone. This forum seems like a junior high school sometimes.

Looking good to me

Ditto to what others have said. This is not losing all your progress. I had muuccchhh worse! Like 2 boxes of cereal, an apple fritter, Large chocolate poke stick, and king size Reeses pieces and one slice of pizza. Feel better yet?

Congrats on your day binge free. Listen, it's rough, not gonna lie. I've been there and back so many times I can't count. I'll go a couple months being so good and feeling normal and then bam, I've stuck in a dark hole of binge eating for a week. It sucks. Just take each day as it comes and visualize yourself being binge…

Hey ladies! I'm 5'2 and 123. This is definitely to heavy on my frame. I'm aiming to get back to 110, the weight I look good at. Please add me, I need motivation! Damn it sucks being short, no eating like real people!

I can always use more MFP friends, I've been slacking lately with all the summer fun :)

I'm in Seattle, Capitol Hill area. Sometimes I run outside, but I tend to zone out on a treadmill at Gold's.

YouTube has a lot of great free workouts! I would check out Blogilates or any other beginning strength training video. Otherwise, Pinterest has more workouts to last a lifetime. Good luck.
