Can you stream YouTube to your TV? There are about a million ab workouts you can use ranging from 10-60 minutes. Some good channels are Fitness Blender, Qinetic and Christine Salus (if you're in awesome shape)

If you're not hungry you may not need to eat more. I tend to not count my exercise calories because I'm never sure how much I really burned and no matter how much exercise I do, I don't seem to lose weight unless I cut my calories. You may want to save those calories for a weekend cheat meal or a night out with friends.…

I'm 5'2 and hovering from 120-124. I used to weigh 110-115. It's been really hard to get back there! I've started strength training so I'm not sure I will, but 115 is my goal.

I second Fitness Blender. You may also want to these channels: BeFit, Qinetic and also Blogilates. Right now I've been using Grokker.com quite a bit. They have hundreds of videos. I've downloaded the app on my phone and can stream it to my TV. Good luck! I used to primarily use cardio machines at the gym but these videos…

Say "No thank you" It's really as simple as that. I don't get any push back. You're in charge of your body. If they still insist just ask "Why do you care so much what I eat?" I can guarantee you there is no good response to that question.

Hi @laceyjjj: how long did it take you to reach 120. I am also 5'2" current weight 126.4, starting weight 134 and goal weight is 110-115. It took me about 11 weeks to get to my current weight. This is with ~1200 calories and ~ 5-6 days/ week exercise. Age is 40.[/quote] It's taken me about a year, only because I screw up…

I gain if I eat more unfortunately :( I've tried upping my calories. I think everyone is different.

I'm 5'2 and currently 120. I'd really like to lose 5-10 more pounds, so between 110-115 would be ideal. I've been 105 (a couple years ago) but people were all concerned because I looked so bony! A year ago I was 125 and it's been so tough losing this weight. I'm 36 now and wow! Watch out kids - the metabolism slows down.…

You could also sub fat free yogurt, but I understand wanting the mayo :)

I'm an ex smoker so I unabashedly chew gum. I figure this annoys people less than cigarette smoke :) I log it!

I feel you! I very rarely get sick but am suffering from a bad cold I caught at the office. I am a big snot ball and so scared of breaking the great momentum I had the past few weeks. I don't know the answer to your question, but just wanted you to know you're not alone!

Intuitive eating didn't really work for me for a couple of reasons but I applaud those who can do it. I think the problem for me was I knew how many calories was in everything and I didn't trust my hunger cues. Also, the loss of control led me to binges. I'm happier counting calories but if intuitive eating can work for…

“A happy life consists not in the absence, but in the mastery of hardships.” ― Helen Keller I'm sorry for your loss, but kudos to you friend :)

One thing I say that seems to work is - How come you're so interested in what I eat? It makes them feel a little silly. Or I just smile and say no thank you. No excuse needed.

Gidzmo, Vegetti i is what you're thinking of. Really cool gadget.

I'm sorry you're going through this. I've definitely had some low points like this and it feels like you want to give up. This may not be new advice, but try to remove all your triggers. Whenever I fall into binging I get rid of all my easy food (chips, sweets) and only eat food I have to prepare. If I'm feeling lazy, I'll…

I tried Lexapro and it unfortunately made it increase due to extreme hunger. Side effects are different for everyone. I decided that antidepressants weren't for me but the benefits outweigh these side effects for some. I have found endorphins from running help me to combat depression.

I'm really loving the Mizuno Wave Runner. I feel like I can run forever in them!

Great idea Shortly! Delaying is a great tactic. I've always found a book in the bath helps and for those who do drink, a glass of wine that relaxes my mind.

Wow, your abs got so defined! I need to do this stat.

FR sent, congrats for starting!

If you do want to go out, try getting the chicken larb. It's basically just a chicken salad with cabbage instead of regular lettuce.

My worst one was about six months ago. I ate 2 boxes of cereal with low cal almond milk, a BIG bag of sour gummy worms, huge apple fritter, chocolate donut, 2 big pieces of pepporoni pizza, a 4 pack of nutter butters and a sleeve of oreos. That was probably the worst day ever. I never felt so sick. I was burping the next…

I'm in Seattle. I'm a fan of our local chocolate, Fran's and Theo Chocolate. For general grocery store chocolate, I enjoy Ritter or Dove!

I weigh myself in the morning, sometimes at night out of curiosity. I don't feel like it's obsessive or I "shouldn't" check so much. If the number looks higher than I'm used to in the morning, I don't despair - it actually keeps me on track for the day and more mindful.
