What is the intended outcome of using it? We use it when we may have had bad food, and occasionally for a pick me up stirred into water.

Thank you all for the input! I do realize that I am injured, and did indeed take another day off last week to rest it. This week is better, and I am being careful. I have definitely worked more on upper body and it is really paying off! Handstands today were amazing and my hangs trying to get to toes to bar were nice today…

I'm eating Kashi Chicken Risotto today. I also like their Mayan Harvest Bake. Amy's vegetable lasagna, and various others are tasty as well. Lastly, I like the Evol bowls. :-)

Thanks! I finally went to Old Navy yesterday and played around with the styles. Sweetheart cut, a size bigger than I need - and I am one comfortable girl! They are not as fitting as I'd like, but whatever - I need the circulation in my legs more I guess, darnit :-)

I may just have to find some more stretchy slacks LOL! I do wear some skirts, but feel like pants are a better option...I work at a company that manufactures heavy equipment…

Ouch, that is quite a session! I also agree on the wall balls, I am already squatting while I preparing to catch it and I explode up with a big push to get it high enough. This is one of the exercises that I actually like...while burpees are my nemesis, and I see you won on those! Yay!!!

I can only get a DU after a few singles, and I seem to come down too hard after I get one...its not a fluid movement yet. My coach can usually bust out quite a few in a row, but she said to start that she'd do 1-2 singles for every double, to work on the timing. Good luck!!!

I have noticed the same thing, on and off. I also wear a tank, so maybe that is the issue as well - that darn floor that I find myself on at the end of the session LOL! Good topic - thanks for bringing it up!

Funny thing you should mention that...wonder if that's why I was doing L-Sits and Farmers Carries today...the carriers were murder. I owed 15 burpees at the end due to them slipping :-) Thanks!

Have only been in crossfit for about 2 months... I found my first threshhold for deadlift max...205#. I think I can do more, but I need some darn gloves...hands couldn't hold on! I LOVE crossfit!!

Due to how far away I work, and getting to crossfit at 5:30 a.m....most days I only clock 4-6 hours of sleep. I go through cycles. Great topic! Today was a good example of pushing through - I haven't mastered double unders, so was stuck with triple the amount of singles...by the 3rd round, I was breaking my 90 singles into counts of 15. I have to play with the counting to keep pushing.

I am on a diet plan that does not allow rice/oatmeal/etc., so I use ground turkey, grated cauliflower, grated zucchini, onions, mushrooms, spinach, and a few egg whites - I have used this recipe for meatloaf and meatballs and it holds up just fine for either.
