Stay off the caffeine 6 hours prior to bed time and take 1 750 mg tablet of GABA 30 minutes before bed. GABA is the bomb. It relieves anxiety, helps you focus and your dreams will be more vivid. Oh, and it definitely helps you stay asleep. I know, I work graveyard hours and sleep in the morning when everyone's at work.…

I get antsy and cranky like a male PMS if I don't work out on a routine basis. Holidays is one thing but if I can't work out because of working too much or something keeps coming up that delays my routine then keep away LOL.

Overall yes. I do have a CCW and only carry when I may be out late or in a so so area. In today's crazy world I do recommend all "sane and responsible" citizens to carry and conceal. Guns don't kill people..people kill people. A gun is just a tool like a knife, drill, saw, vehicle etc. It's the abusers and psychos that…

By then I already drank it all but now I know. I find that all vanilla flavored protein shakes taste bad. Stick to chocolate can't go wrong. If you…

If you're still working out consistently and doing cardio then it's your diet. You need to measure your portions.

Well it's not easy otherwise everyone would be doing it. It's a life style change if you want to lose weight and keep it off. The hardest part is starting. Once you get a routine going and are consistent it gets easier but you have to push yourself. You say you want it deep down. I got to a point where I couldn't stand…

We need to see your macros. How much protein, carbs and fats your eating per day. Assuming that you're burning more calories than you're eating you may just have to try 20 minutes of HIIT after 20 minutes of steady cardio. Works for me like a charm.

Eat veggies, lean meats and plenty of water. Stay away from sugary foods and drinks, sodium and late night eating before bedtime. Incorporate resistance training and at least 30 to 40 minutes of steady cardio or minimum of 20 minutes of HIIT 6 days a week. Also get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep. The 2 pounds you lost was…
