I use carb cycling now and it's a little more work but I am getting results after hitting a plateau. Best part is I get to eat more and still shed body fat and still retain pretty much the same body weight.

If I didn't have my cheat meal for the week I'd just consider that my cheat meal. However, if I already had my cheat meal then you gotta get creative and order whatever's lean and fits your macros.

Cheat meal... once a week if I am craving it. Cheat day... you'll gain all that fat and weight you worked so hard all week to lose and maybe more. Not worth it.

Just eat even if it's a cheat meal. Consider it a reward for eating good throughout the week. But if you don't want to have a cheat meal then I just eat like 2.5 cups of salad greens with fat free Italian dressing and throw in whatever veggies you want just not the bacon, cheese and other fatty high caloric dressings. I work from 1030 pm to 630 am but my last meal is at 5am. 12 almonds and 2 scoops of Elite XT protein shake.

I had my first pizza in 6 months 3 days ago and it was the cheap ole 7-11 type. 7 slices of cheese only. It was my cheat meal for the week and was so worth it. Funny thing is when I woke up the next day I gained 2 pounds but my body fat % actually went down more LOL. And I didn't even work out that day.

Walking is garbage. You need to incorporate weight training and high intensity interval training HIIT. The key is intensity. Spot reducing's a myth you're building muscle so it feels like the fat is going away but it's not. I say do body weight calf raises only and do more cardio to burn the fat off.

Your biggest meal should be after your workout. Your body needs to be replenished of nutrients. And your metabolism is at a plateau so you need to jump start it by carb cycling. Don't be afraid to eat a little over your "maintenance" caloric intake once or twice a week. As long as you're eating clean not McDonald's.

I think you should only do 30 - 60 minutes of cardio a day but you have to incorporate resistance training. The more muscle you have the more calories you will burn. And of course you should be in a caloric deficit as said previously.
