I am getting back to MFP too. I went away and gained back all the weight I had lost but one pound. I worked so hard to lose the few pounds I did lose and now I start again. I too need "friends" to motivate me and keep me on track!!

I walk each morning. Most mornings 4 miles and some 5 miles. I have no idea how many steps that is. I am hoping it is at least 10,000!!':smile:

Hi, I am a bit older.....Ok, a lot older but I do have a simular goal. I am looking to go from 152-125.
